Coaching package- 3 sessions

Session 1 (60 minutes)- assessment of your pelvic health concerns, movement patterns and daily habits. We create a simple, individualized plan.

Session 2 (45 minutes) - refining and adjusting your practice to ensure progress and comfort.

Session 3 (45 minutes)- final tweaks and strategies for long-term pelvic floor health.

Bonus- personalized yoga practice PDF plus short video demonstration. Audio files of breathing and meditations.
