Session 2 (45 minutes) - refining and adjusting your practice to ensure progress and comfort.
Session 3 (45 minutes)- final tweaks and strategies for long-term pelvic floor health.
Bonus- personalized yoga practice PDF plus short video demonstration. Audio files of breathing and meditations.
