Package includes 3 sessions (via Zoom, phone call or in person)

Session 1 (60 minutes)- deep dive into your symptoms, lifestyle and needs. We create a simple, adaptable plan that works for you.

Session 2 (45 minutes)- refining and adjusting your practice based on what’s working (or not!).

Session 3 (45 minutes)- fine-tuning your approach so you feel confident continuing on your own.
