What to Expect
  • Yoga practice suitable for all bodies- including total beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.

  • Conscious breathing that actually helps you feel more at ease in your body.

  • Guided and suitable for people who have never practiced meditation before, and those with monkey minds they can’t switch off!

  • Healthy & delicious food and a range of teas, coffee and soft drinks are provided.

  • Yoga Nidra- the practice of yogic sleep which gets you into a deep meditative state. No experience necessary. Will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Itinerary
  • Arrive a few minutes early to set yourself up and enjoy the amazing views at Wainwright House

  • Our first session will focus on movements to help you feel more at ease and prepared for breathing and meditation practices. Everything is taught from the ground up so no experience needed.

  • Lunch, including salads, fruit and home baked treats is provided. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are also on offer.

  • Enjoy the restorative practice of Yoga Nidra and leave feeling refreshed and calm.

  • No! I specialize in teaching beginners and all of the practices are accessible for everyone.

  • All the meditation we do in the retreat is guided and you can opt out at any time. And if you give it a whirl you might find that it’s easier than you’d imagined….

  • No! You can bring a yoga mat if you have one but Wainwright has plenty of yoga equipment that you can use. No special clothes are needed- you can come in anything comfortable.

  • Because of the small size of this retreat and our operational costs we can’t offer refunds once you have registered. However if we can find someone to take your place from a waitlist we will happily refund your payment.
